We may also terminate property advertisements if we receive a significant number of substantiated complaints relating to misrepresentation of a property or its surroundings. In such circumstances payment will be retained in full.
4.2 An Advertiser may at any time during the course of the period of their subscription on The Website delete or permanently remove their property. This can be done via the users online account administration system, or alternatively by contacting Holidaypropertyexchange.com who after verified confirmation will remove any properties on your behalf. Payment will be retained in full.
4.3 Damage to property. Any damage either accidental or not must be paid for in full. Any guest wishing to bring pets to a property must first agree it with the owner. Should any damage be caused by pets that member must immediately pay for the damage. If Holiday Property Exchange finds out that a pet has been to a property without the owners permission Holiday Property Exchange have the right to cancel that persons membership immediately, all tokens will be lost.

5. CHANGES TO WEBSITE
